As our city sits in three different counties, knowing where to vote can be confusing. For state, county, school and federal elections there are different polling sites, days and hours of operation depending on which county you reside in. Further complicating the situation, in the May city elections for mayor and council seats, all Fair Oaks Ranch citizens, regardless of their county of residence, are able to vote at City Hall for both early voting and on Election Day.
To vote in any election, you must be registered with your appropriate counter Voters Registrar no later than 30 days prior to an election. Voter registration applications and additional information are available by selecting the county names (links) below.

Constitutional Amendment Special Election - November 5, 2019
The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is not an early voting site for the November 5th Constitutional Amendment Special Election.
Please note that Bexar, Comal and Kendall County are participating in the Countywide Polling Place Program for the November 5th Constitutional Amendment Election. That means that similar to early voting, where voters can vote at any polling place within their county, this will apply on Election Day as well. Registered voters of their prospective counties will be able to vote at ANY polling location open within their county on Election Day.
