City Budget

Overview
The City Administrator's office, with the assistance of the Finance Officer, is responsible for the development and communication of the annual budget for the City of Fair Oaks Ranch under the guidance of the Mayor. The Finance Officer along with the City Administrator is responsible for management of the budget as well as financial analysis and reporting to City Council. 

The budget function includes:
  • Financial analysis
  • Financial reporting to City Council
  • Development of the budget process and calendar
  • Financial forecasts

The Financial Officer maintains the integrity of financial reporting for the City of Fair Oaks Ranch and, also oversees the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable for the City. The Officer is involved with the completion of the annual audit.
