Water / Wastewater
The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is no longer in Stage 1 Drought Restrictions.
Stage 1 Drought Restrictions ended effective January 4, 2018. Drought Surcharges will no longer apply beginning with January 2018 consumption.
While the city is returning to the year-round Conservation Plan, residents should continue to keep their water use at a minimum to help lower the chance of future drought stage implementation.
The rewards will help stabilize our water sources, lower water bills and prevent future additional drought surcharge fees.
As of May 15, 2018
the City's current conditions are:
Well Level 60-day Average = 1,053.36 feet above Mean Sea Level
GBRA Canyon Reservoir elevation above trigger point
