The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is a municipality, and as such, is a sales tax-exempt entity. Please contact us if you require a tax-exempt certificate.
All vendors must have completed and submitted a W-9 prior to the City issuing payment or issuing a Purchase Order. W-9's can be submitted via email or sent to our physical address:
