National Night Out

National Night Out

On October 3rd, 2023, the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department and emergency responders will be celebrating a National Night Out with communities and neighborhoods across the City!

What is National Night Out?

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.

For the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department, National Night Out is a time to for first responders to connect to the communities they serve and protect. Every year, FORPD and first responders visit participating neighborhoods to strengthen community partnerships. For some neighborhoods that means a community cookout or a block party, for others it just means a chance to meet those who serve the community and provide a forum to ask questions and engage in a dialogue. However a community chooses to celebrate or honor A National Night Out, the goal is to continue building on the bond that keeps our communities and residents safer and more connected.
