Water/Wastewater Customer Service

General Information
Fair Oaks Ranch Utilities is owned and operated by the City. For water hookups and wastewater/sewer connections call (210) 698-7685 or (866) 258-2505. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, exclusive of legal holidays.

For after-hour emergency situations, please call the Boerne Dispatch at (830) 249-8645 who will contact a Fair Oaks Ranch Utilities technician.

Applying for Water/Wastewater Service  
Residents requesting new service are required to complete the Water and Wastewater Service Agreement Application; this application can be submitted in person, by fax or email to util@fairoaksranchtx.org. If you are submitting the service application by mail please allow at least five (5) business days to process your request.  Requests for Saturday and Sunday will automatically be scheduled for the next available business day.  A copy of the driver's license is required for security verification.
For Bulk Water Service (Commercial use only) please complete the Bulk Water Service Application.

Customer Confidentiality
All Fair Oaks Ranch will not disclose customer information unless the customer elects to make the information public. Request for Disclosure of Information Forms are available at City Hall and on the website. Request for Disclosure Information

Disconnect Water/Wastewater Service
Residents requesting disconnection of service are required to complete the Disconnect Water and Wastewater Service Form:  this form can be submitted in person, by fax or email to util@fairoaksranchtx.org if by mail allow at least five (5) business days to process your request.  Requests for Saturday and Sunday will automatically be scheduled for the next available business day.  A copy of the driver's license is required for security verification.

Bill Payment Options

There are several options available to you to pay your Fair Oaks Ranch Utilities bill:

Monthly Bank Draft - Authorizes an automatic bank transfer of funds to pay your current bill each month. This convenience is absolutely free!

Pay Online - Register your account by creating a user name and password to conveniently view and pay your bill by credit card (a 2.5% credit card service fee and a $1.25 third-party vendor fee applies).
 
Pay by Phone - Two available options:

A.  During normal business hours, call City Hall at 210-698-0900 or 866-258-2505 and pay by credit card (2.5% service fee applies).

B.  At any time, call the city’s contracted vendor at 833-262-5901 and pay by credit card (2.5% credit card service fee and a $1.25 vendor fee applies) 

Pay in Person - Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card.  A 2.5% service fee applies for a credit card payment. You may also utilize the drop box located in front of City Hall for your convenience.  Payments placed in the drop box must be in a form of a personal check, cashier's check or money order. 
 
Pay by Mail - Payments can be placed in the return envelope received with your bill and placed in the mail. Payment should be in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, or money order. Please do not send cash.
