To ensure you do not miss any emergency alerts or updates, the City encourages residents who have not done so, to sign-up to receive alerts through Regroup using the sign-up link below.
Regroup is an award-winning mass notification system that will make it easier for the City to communicate the most important and up-to-date information to residents. Residents interested in receiving emergency notifications will be given options to choose how they wish to receive notifications, curate the information they wish to see, and can choose to receive automated weather alerts. Residents can also choose to receive information from other cities in the Regroup network, as they travel with the Regroup mobile app.
Residents that have previously registered for CodeRED will need to sign-up as a new user in the Regroup platform using the link below.
How to Register:
Step 1: Begin by collecting your contacting information. Be sure to have your address, email, and a valid phone number ready to enter. You will also need to know your county of residence.
Step 2: Navigate to the link below labeled "Register" to be taken to the Regroup sign-up page.
Step 3: Complete the short form using your contact information. Submit the page.
Step 4: On the next page, you will be given the choice to receive alerts for:
- City of Fair Oaks Ranch - Water Utility
- City of Fair Oaks Ranch - Waste Water Utility
- City of Fair Oaks Ranch - Bexar County
- City of Fair Oaks Ranch - Comal County
- City of Fair Oaks Ranch - Kendall County
Step 5: Be sure to check your email after completing registration to confirm your subscriptions.
You can sign-in to manage your account here. If this will be your first time signing in, you must use the forgot password link on the sign-in page to set your password.
Note: City staff is prohibited from registering residents on their behalf. Registration for Regroup or other city communications platforms must be done by the Resident, or by a trusted friend or loved one with the resident's permission.
