 The city offers the following benefits for permanent full-time employees as approved by City Council: 


  • Competitive Salary Structure
  • Paid Medical Insurance: 100% for employee, 55% for all dependent coverage
    1. $750 deductible in Network medical coverage; $1,500 deductible Out of Network
  • Paid Dental Insurance: 100% for employee, 55% for dependent coverage
  • Paid Vision Insurance: 100% for employee
  • Paid Life Insurance: 100% for employee; Coverage is equivalent to 1 times employees annual salary or a minimum of $50,000 (whichever is greater) 
  • Paid Short Term Disability Insurance: 100% for employees
  • Paid Long Term Disability Insurance: 100% for employees
  • Paid Employee Assistance Program: 100% for employees
  • Optional Additional Supplemental Life and AD&D
