1. A completed Fair Oaks Ranch New Home Permit Application
2. A completed Contractor Registration Form for each contractor - (if not already registered with the city)
3. Owner's Letter of Approval to Build
4. Electrical Diagram (ID Wire / Breaker Size / Wire Type
5. Energy Worksheet (provided by Contractor/Designer)
6. Plot Plan (easements & flood plain - if applicable)

7. Engineered Foundation Plans
a. One set required for Kendall County
b. Two sets required for Bexar and Comal County
8. Floor plans
a. One set required for Kendall County
