Each building permit must be requested by the owner or entity having "Title" to the property, or designee established in writing by the owner.

1. A completed Fair Oaks Ranch Residential Additions and Remodels Permit Application
2. A completed Contractor Registration Form for each Contractor - (if not already registered with the city)
3. Plot Plan (easements & flood plain - if applicable)
a. One set required for Kendall County
b. Two sets required for Bexar and Comal County
4. Engineered Foundation Plans - (if applicable)
a. One set required for Kendall County
b. Two sets required for Bexar and Comal County
5. Floor Plan to include Plumbing fixtures, Electrical receptacles, switches, lighting and panel location
a. One set required for Kendall County
b. Two sets required for Bexar and Comal County
6. Outside Elevations - (if applicable)
a. One set required for Kendall County
b. Two sets required for Bexar and Comal County
