Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held to receive public testimony on an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan; specifically, the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and to propose a zoning designation for a 2.923-acre tract located in the southern portion of 329 Ammann Road.
The Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hold a public hearing to classify the FLUM as Community Facilities and designate the zoning district as Community Facilities for municipal water service.
