Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Horticulture Agent, David Rodriguez, has gathered an excellent panel of speakers to present on all the latest tree topics affecting Bexar County.
Some of the topics include Oak Wilt, Common Pests of Trees in the Landscape, Keeping Trees Healthy, and so much more. This workshop will benefit professional arborists, green industry professionals, master gardeners, master naturalists, municipality officials, and home gardeners.

City Hall Holiday ClosuresCity Hall and Municipal Offices will be closed on Monday, January 16, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday.
City Hall and Municipal offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 17.

Bulk and Brush Pickup *NEW PROCEDURE*The City of Fair Oaks Ranch curbside bulk/brush pickup will occur January 9th - January 27th, 2023. The collection will be picked up in SECTORS, as identified below. Items must be put out at the curb (not on city streets) no later than 11:59 p.m. before your pickup start date.
***NEW PROCEDURE*** Bulk and Brush piles are to be combined into one pile. Pile may not exceed 15'L x 6'W x 6'H and is to be placed away from obstructions: fences, mailboxes, water meters, low-hanging tree limbs, etc.
Sector 1: All residential homes south of Dietz Elkhorn (does not include homes on Dietz Elkhorn)
Sector 2: All residential homes between Cibolo Creek and Dietz Elkhorn (includes Dietz Elkhorn)
Sector 3: All residential homes north of Cibolo Creek (includes Deer Meadow Estates)

City Hall Renovation UpdateThe entrance to City Hall has been temporarily relocated to the portable office building on the City Hall campus. Directional signs are in place to guide you.
Visitors will need to use this entrance for permits, payments, or other services. The payment dropbox will remain at its current location.
